"The money back guarantee means you can request a full refund if you do not earn more than the cost you paid to join after 90 days of the date your advertising campaign shipped. Depending on the level joined, there is a minimum mailing requirement.
For example, if you joined at Level 3, but only utilize the company financing option, then you can't request a refund if you haven't made back $1,000 after 90 days. A Level 3 signup must order at least a 400 piece mailing within the first 60 days of joining.
For Level 4, you must order at least a 1000 piece mailing within the first 60 days of joining.
At Level 5, 2500 letters must be ordered and
5000 letters at Level 6.
If you join at level 2 and lower, the money-back guarantee applies even if you never order another mailing campaign (after the 200 company-financed letters ship.) The money-back guarantee includes the fees you paid to both sponsors when you enrolled. It does not include advertising costs."
Ok, so what does this mean? It means if you join at level 1 or 2 and only use the company financed mailing - yes you can get a refund.
All the other levels have a minimum personal mailing requirement. This is not really a problem, you need to advertise to make money. People may join at a higher level and believe they are covered by the 30 Day Success Formula Gurantee. This is simply not so unless they meet the requirement.
